The following are proactive measures we’re taking that can help you keep your photography going while staying safe at the same time. We want to continue to support you with all your photography and videography needs.
- Fast & Free Shipping - We offer thousands of items available to ship for FREE on our website. You can trust us to get you the gear you need in a timely manner.
- New Hours of Operation - Effective March 19, 2020 our hours will be Monday through Saturday 1pm-5pm, closed on Sunday. While we are not accepting walk-ins at this time we are offering curbside pickup.
- Free Touchless Curbside Pick-Up - When prompted at check out, you can select “Curbside Pick-Up”. When you arrive at the store please call us at 440-934-1544 and a Pixel Team Member will be able to assist you.
- Repairs & Services - The Pixel team will remain dedicated to providing the quality we’re known for while servicing your equipment. Services include sensor cleaning and lens calibration. - Customer Service - Call, email, or message us on social media with any questions regarding photo/video, equipment, or classes and we will respond as fast as we can! We take pride in our amazing customer satisfaction team and love to help you get the equipment you need in the safest way possible.
- Classes - Keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page as we will soon be offering webinar classes that will surely keep you busy while being home.
